36. An applicant for an event permit must be a natural person, a legal person or a partnership.
An application for an event permit issued on behalf of an authorized entity or an authorized political party or candidate within the meaning of paragraph 3 of section 35 must be filed by the official representative of the entity, party or candidate, or the representative’s delegate.
